The So!Go brand was founded in Cape Town, South Africa, by entrepreneurs Francois and Jane te Water Naude. Their vision of a range of condiments, sauces and dressings that look as good as they taste, was introduced in the year 2000 in the shape of So!Go Extra Virgin Olive Oil and So!Go 10 star Balsamic Vinegar.The excellent trade and consumer responses endorsed their belief that products that are as inspiring on the outside as they are on the inside would appeal to discerning consumers around the world. The rest, as they say, is history.
So!Go’s innovative collection of condiments, sauces and dressings was expanded to 35 lines over the next couple of years. Packed to the highest international standards in innovative, eye catching packaging, the So!Go taste revolution and flair for design saw demand grow internationally.
In 2003 So!Go won a silver award for packaging in the South African Gold Pack awards. We were finalists in the Exporter of the year awards in 2004 and 2006 and winners in 2005. In 2005 So!Go won the Gold Award for product design at the Fancy Food Show in New York. In 2009 So!Go was one of the finalists at the Design Iindaba’s “Most Beautiful Object” in South Africa competion.
Today, So!Go range of products continues to reflect their commitment to building a leadership position in a growing category of condiments, sauces and dressings and is superbly represented in over 30 countries.
